Appointments
An ultrasound request form is required from your GP or medical practitioner and must be brought to your appointment. We accept all valid referrals. E-referrals to be emailed to our head office prior to your appointment.
Option 1 (local patients only)
If you have been referred from one of the local Medical Centres we visit, you can make your ultrasound appointment at that Medical Centre’s reception desk or use option 2 or 3 below.
